Expanded Mortgage Capacity Assessment
This includes everything you’d expect from the Standard Mortgage Capacity Assessment, but also allows you to explore how changes in circumstances (including prospective changes) may affect your borrowing.
No Mortgage Capacity Assessment
This report is designed to confirm that an individual is not in a position to obtain sufficient mortgage borrowing.

Your Client's Review
Once we receive your enquiry, we'll arrange a meeting with your client to discuss their personal circumstances so that we can produce a truly bespoke Mortgage Capacity Report.
The Report
We aim to provide you and your client a copy of the finalised report within five working days of completing our review with them. If you require a report more urgently, this can be arranged for an additional fee of £75.
