At Belle Maison Mortgages we provide expert mortgage advice, protection and insurance advice. We strive always to provide simple, honest advice and our trusted and versatile mortgage and protection advisers will work hard until they find the most appropriate outcome for your personal situation.

We pride ourselves on delivering an excellent service, which is reflected in the fantastic five star reviews our clients regularly leave us. We’ll work with you, on your terms, and are happy to meet remotely via video call, over the phone, or if you prefer a good old fashioned chinwag over a cuppa we’ll come to see you at your home.

No Obligation Meeting

Our mortgage advisers provide no obligation initial consultations ensuring you can be confident you're working with a mortgage adviser you can trust, with no obligation to proceed in the (unlikely!) event you don't think we're the right fit.

Tailored Advice

Everyone is different, and so every mortgage should be different too. Our mortgage advisers take the time to get to know you and your personal circumstances so that we can find a mortgage solution tailored to your needs.

Expertly Qualified

Our team of qualified mortgage advisers boasts years of experience. Some hold advanced qualifications, meaning that we have the expertise to work through any challenges you may encounter, particularly with complex situations.

What's the process?

Get in touch!

You can call, email or send us your details via our handy form. Once we receive your enquiry, we'll reach out to you to have a chat about what we can do to help you along your home buying journey. Following this we'll arrange a time for an initial appointment that suits you.

Initial Consultation

Your initial consultation can be done remotely over Teams, over the phone, or if you prefer face to face.

During your initial consultation with us, we'll take the time to understand your unique situation and discuss your mortgage needs. We'll ask lots of questions to make sure we can tailor our recommendations to suit your unique circumstances.

AiP

Your dedicated mortgage adviser will explain the buying process and will work with you to calculate how much you're able to borrow.

With your consent, a Agreement in Principle (AiP) can be completed which provides you with confirmation a lender is happy to lend based upon your circumstances. The AiP is a non-binding offer by the lender that they may be able to offer you a loan based on the information you have provided and subject to their underwriting requirements.

It should be noted that an AiP is not a guarantee that the lender will grant a loan.

House Hunting!

Once you have an Agreement in Principle, you are ready to start viewing houses! We will keep in touch until you have found the perfect home and are ready to apply for the mortgage.

Application and Completion

We will then complete the application with you with the chosen lender and submit all the necessary paperwork on your behalf, liaising with you, yours and the sellers estate agents and solicitors right through to the day of completion. We're not satisfied until we get a picture of you holding the keys to your new home!
